We guarantee that your employees will experience meaningful travel with a purpose, taking part in inspirational expeditions or team building challenges to raise money for your partner charities. A challenge of this kind will develop your employees’ teamwork, communication and other vital skills transferable to the work place.
Unique Charity Challenge
A challenge with a purpose
This is a chance to complete a Unique Charity Challenge by undertaking a worthwhile conservation, community or health project in a developing country whilst also raising money for your partner charity. All this with an amazing trek to boot.
S2Si will provide you with competitive advantage by designing a bespoke challenge that will test your team and develop vital skills transferable to the work place. Projects range from constructing an endangered orangutan monitoring centre, through to vital health and water projects in Northern India. You tell us the type of project that would fit your CSR strategy - you may have a preferred country - then we locate a worthy project partner, design the expedition and deliver it for you. Because the project/trek will be challenging, there might also be a period of rest and recuperation at the end, perhaps on a deserted beach. The key to this model is that you are completing a worthwhile project and raising money for charity and developing your employees in an unforgettable environment.
The project will develop your brand, make for great PR and will make your stakeholders take note of your responsible attitude to social welfare and the environment, as well as the tangible effort you are making to be global citizens.
Survivor Challenge: In the UK or Overseas
Ever wanted to be part of the tribe?
Test yourself against the elements and improve teamwork and communication in the workplace by joining S2Si on a Survivor Challenge. Challenges in the past have been located in such places as the Lake District through to the Sahara Deserts of Morocco. Teams were split into tribal groups that navigated through the wilderness, built their own fires, cooked their own food and made their own natural shelters. Abseil, climb, swim, run, canoe, raft, row and crawl to the finish of the most exciting challenges you will ever undertake.
Events test speed, innovation, resilience, team effort, communication and more. As part of your ‘tribe’ you will be set a series of challenges that will push boundaries and fears, leaving your employees returning home with a set of incredible memories of your achievements that will last for years to come. These events do not have to be themed and have the option of building in a community or conservation project at the end. Above all, the event will develop teamwork, retain staff and build awareness of your company as well as act as an effective vehicle to raise money for your partner charity.
